Troubleshooting

When something is not working

The handful of things that actually go wrong, and what to try first.

Start here if you are not sure which part is broken.

No reviews are coming in

Check the card is tapping at all. Tap it against your own phone: if your review page opens, the card is fine and the problem is further along.

If it opens but the review button does not take people to Google, check the branch has a review link. Linking Google shows how to get one.

If the card does not open anything, see cards and QR.

A score is missing, or says "held back"

Held back is not an error and not a bad score. It means too few people have answered for an average to be fair to the person it is about. It fills in on its own as more responses arrive.

Somebody's reviews are filed under the wrong person

Usually a card that changed hands without being reassigned. Fix the card's owner on their profile; new reviews then land correctly. Ones already collected stay where they are, because they record who actually did the job at the time.

The dashboard looks empty

If you have just signed up, it stays empty until the first rating arrives. That first tap is what switches everything on.

If it was working and has stopped, check whether your subscription is still active on the Billing page — an account in arrears keeps its data readable but stops collecting.

Nothing here matches
