Feedback page

The page your customer sees

What happens after a tap, what you can change on it, and why it looks the way it does.

Tapping a card opens one page on the customer's phone. It asks for a rating, gives them room to say something, and that is deliberately almost all it does. Every extra field is somebody deciding not to bother.

What you can change

Your feedback pages live under Feedback pages in the dashboard. You can set the wording, add your logo, and choose which questions appear beyond the rating.

A page can carry its own logo. Where it does, that logo wins over the one set on its branch — so a page made for one site does not quietly inherit another's branding.

Keep it short

Every question you add is a question somebody answers on a doorstep, one handed, in the rain. Two or three is plenty. The rating alone is a complete answer and the one thing worth never cutting.

The page does not decide who gets asked for a Google review based on how they rated you. Everybody gets the same link.

That is not a limitation we have not got round to fixing. Showing the Google link only to happy customers is review gating, it breaks Google's policies, and it puts your profile at risk. Premo does not do it and will not add it.

Privacy on the page

The privacy notice is linked on every feedback page, and the version a customer actually saw is stored with their response. A customer's email is optional and only asked for if they want you to get back to them.

There is more on what is kept and for how long in data and privacy.
