What Premo keeps, and what your customers are told
How long feedback is held, what is removed sooner, and what a customer agrees to.
Your customers' feedback is yours. Premo processes it on your behalf, and what is kept and for how long is on Settings › Data & privacy.
What is kept, and for how long
Customer feedback is kept from the date it arrives, for the period shown on that screen.
Customer names and email addresses are removed sooner than the feedback itself. The rating and what somebody wrote are useful to you for a long time; who they were stops being necessary much earlier.
Where an address is held for a technical reason it is hashed, never stored as the address itself.
What the customer sees
Every feedback page links the privacy notice, and the version a customer actually saw is stored against their response — not a reference that would resolve to whatever the wording says later. If the notice changes, old records still say what that person was shown.
Giving an email address is optional, and only asked for if they want you to contact them about the job.
Every customer gets the same Google link
This is a privacy and policy decision as much as a product one. Premo does not route happy customers to Google and unhappy ones somewhere else. That practice is review gating, it breaches Google's policies, and it risks your profile.
Somebody asking you to delete their feedback
A customer can ask for their data to be removed. Premo has a route for that — it is on the Data & privacy screen — and it removes the response rather than hiding it.
If somebody contacts you directly about their data and you are not sure what is required, ask us before replying. Getting this wrong is expensive and there is no rush that justifies guessing.
Who can see what inside your business
A team member sees what their role allows. A manager scoped to one branch sees that branch. This matters more than it sounds: the easiest data mistake to make is internal, not external.
